Take a stroll back in time and get modern service for your prescription and health needs. We may be located in a historic building, but we use totally computerized patient medication profiles. All medications are checked against patient allergies on file before being processed.
At Guerin’s Pharmacy, we want to take the stress out of filling your prescriptions. With that in mind, we accept most insurances for prescription medications, including South Carolina State Employees, TRICARE, Boeing and Mercedes, and SC Medicaid and Medicare D plans. We will work with your physician and insurance company to try to overcome any obstacles so your medication is available when you need it.
For your convenience, we offer 24-hour refill service. No need to go without your meds! Just call or email us!
We also offer a limited selection of durable medical equipment at affordable prices.
In our pharmacy, we offer compounding services to create solutions for our patients with their specific medication needs. Have trouble swallowing a tablet? Need a medication dose not commercially available? Does your pet need medication? We can compound a medication created for your specific needs by working with you and your doctor. Our pharmacists will be glad to answer your compounding questions.
We offer easy prescription transfers, low prices on generic medications and special prescription packaging if needed. There may be an added charge for special packaging. We offer a large variety of vitamins and herbal supplements from companies handpicked by our pharmacy staff.
Serving everyone in the Summerville area, we stock many hard-to-find medications and sundry items. Our patients come to us from the Tri-County area and beyond.

Our candy counter is a local favorite with everything from chocolate to the hard to find old-fashioned candy like Neccos. Our fountain accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
